随着隔震技术的大力发展,在一般房屋建筑隔震技术的基础上,开发出了新的房屋建筑隔震技术,即房屋建筑中间层隔震技术,它受到人们的越来越多的关注。房屋建筑中间层隔震被人们在基础隔层加固工程以及基础隔震满足不了要求的特殊工程中大力推广使用。对房屋建筑中间层的隔震结构技术进行合理的设计可以避免或减轻地面震动对房屋建筑的影响。本文先介绍了隔震的概念以及中间层隔震技术的工作原理,然后介绍了房屋建筑中间层隔震设计应该注意的问题,最后对房屋建筑中间层隔震的框架技术进行了说明。
With the vigorous development of the isolation technology, based on the isolation technology of the general housing construction, a new seismic isolation technology for housing construction has been developed, that is, the isolation technology of the middle layer of the housing construction, which has drawn more and more attention . Isolation of the middle layer of building construction is widely promoted by people in the special projects of strengthening basement and foundation isolation. The rational design of the isolation structure technology in the middle layer of the building can avoid or reduce the impact of ground vibration on the building construction. This paper first introduces the concept of isolation and the working principle of the middle layer seismic isolation technology, then introduces the issues that should be paid attention to in the seismic isolation design of the middle layer of the building. Finally, the frame technology of the isolation of the middle layer of the building is described.
