血管活性肠肽(Vasoactive Intest-inal Peptide,VIP)是Said与Mutt从猪小肠中首先发现。对心血管系统、消化系统、呼吸系统及腺体等有生理与药理活性。近十几年来对它的结构、分布以及生物活性作了比较广泛的研究,从而揭开了VIP的神经生理学、药理学、病理生理学新序幕,本文综述近几年来研究的概况。VIP的化学结构,目前已经确定氨基酸顺序的肠肽有10余种,其中包括了VIP,它是有28个氨基酸组成的。
Vasoactive Intest-inal Peptide (VIP) was first discovered by Said and Mutt from porcine intestine. On the cardiovascular system, digestive system, respiratory and gland and other physiological and pharmacological activity. In the recent ten years, its structure, distribution and biological activity have been extensively studied, which opened a new prelude to neurophysiology, pharmacology and pathophysiology of VIP. This article reviews the general situation of recent years. VIP’s chemical structure, has now been identified in the amino acid sequence of more than 10 kinds of intestinal peptide, including VIP, which is composed of 28 amino acids.
