通过力学性能试验、化学成分分析、显微组织和微观断口分析等分析手段,综合分析了Φ60.32mm×4.83mm N80钢级外加厚油管断裂失效原因。结果表明,该油管为典型的脆性断裂失效,由于模具冷却操作不当导致油管淬火产生了马氏体组织,使油管冲击吸收能量非常低,高硬度、低韧性是油管在管坯墩粗过程中发生脆性断裂失效的主要原因。
By means of mechanical property test, chemical composition analysis, microstructure and microscopic fracture analysis, the cause of fracture failure of Φ60.32mm × 4.83mm N80 steel outer thickened tubing was analyzed synthetically. The results show that the tubing is a typical failure of brittle fracture. Due to the improper cooling operation of the mold, the tubing is quenched and martensitic structure is produced, resulting in very low energy absorption by the tubing. The high hardness and low toughness result from the tubing being rough during the tube pier The main reason for failure of brittle fracture.
