由于工程设计原因,氧气透平压缩机高压放散消声器距离空压机吸气进口过近,导致投运后的氩系统不能正常稳定生产。文章介绍了故障经过、原因分析过程,最后阐述了通过技术改造彻底避免了同类故障的发生。天津天钢联合特钢有限公司动力厂制氧车间有两套KDONAr-20000/40000/750型空分设备,采用分子筛吸附净化流程、增压透平膨胀机制冷、膨胀空气进上塔和全精馏无氢制氩外压缩流程,上塔、粗氩塔和精氩塔采用规整填料塔,下塔采用筛板塔。
