目的:建立测定消积化虫散中橙皮苷含量的分析方法。方法:采用Waters XBridge Shield RPC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸水溶液(64∶36,V/V)为流动相,等度洗脱,体积流量1.0mL/min,柱温35℃,检测波长283nm,进样量为20μL。结果:橙皮苷在5.02~30.11μg/mL(r=1)浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率(n=6)为101.20%,RSD为0.46%。结论:实验为测定消积化虫散中橙皮苷的含量提供了简单有效的方法。
Objective: To establish an analytical method for the determination of hesperidin in Xiaoer Pestal. Methods: A Waters XBridge Shield RPC18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with a mobile phase of methanol-0.5% glacial acetic acid (64:36 V / V) , Column temperature 35 ℃, detection wavelength 283nm, injection volume of 20μL. Results: Hesperidin showed good linearity in the concentration range of 5.02-30.11 μg / mL (r = 1). The average recoveries (n = 6) were 101.20% with RSDs of 0.46%. Conclusion: The experiment provides a simple and effective method for the determination of hesperidin in Xiaoer Pestal.
