上海隧道工程公司经过两年的艰苦努力,已制定出具有该公司特色的,包括453项技术、管理、工作标准共计130余万字的企业标准,通过专家审定,今年1月16日下午举行标准发布会,正式实施。1988年8月隧道公司晋升为国家二级企业后,为巩固这一成果,并把公司的基础管理工作提高到一个新水平,该公司领导即作出制订企业标准化体系的决策。两年来该公司制定企业标准的主要做法是:1.成立以经理为首的公司标准化委员会及以公司企管办为主的标准化制订工作小组,负责协调制订企业
