介绍了分子标记的４ 个系统：①非ＰＣＲ 标记系统；②以ＲＡＰＤ 为代表的单引物ＰＣＲ 系统；③由两个引物引起的选择性扩增片段多态性（ＡＦＬＰ） ；④以ＳＳＲ（ 或ｍｉｃｒｏｓａｔｅｌｌｉｔｅ） 为代表的两个引物的ＰＣＲ 系统，以及它们各自的特点。同时还提出了在具体应用时应从５ 个方面考虑、选择合适的标记系统。
Four systems of molecular markers were introduced: ① non-PCR labeling system; ② single-primer PCR system represented by RAPD; ③ selective amplified fragment polymorphism (AFLP) caused by two primers; ④ SSR microsatellite) as the representative of the two primers PCR system, as well as their respective characteristics. At the same time, it also puts forward that in the specific application, we should consider from five aspects and choose the appropriate marking system.
