目的:研究广东土牛膝组织培养方法。方法:选取广东土牛膝不同部位作为外植体进行不同生长素配比浓度的组织培养试验。结果:用培养基MS+6-BA2.0mg.L-1+IBA0.1mg.L-1+蔗糖30g.L-1+琼脂7g.L-1培养,叶片愈伤组织诱导率为92.31%,茎段不定芽诱导率为94.96%,不定芽增殖系数为0.43,其它结果均不理想。结论:广东土牛膝可用其叶片、茎段进行组织栽培并繁殖,广东土牛膝植物可进行规模化生产。
Objective: To study the method of tissue culture of Achyranthes bidentata in Guangdong. Methods: Tissue culture experiments of different concentrations of auxin in different parts of Achyranthis were used as explants. Results: The callus induction rate was 92.31% with MS + 6-BA 2.0mg.L-1 + IBA0.1mg.L-1 + sucrose 30g.L-1 + agar 7g.L-1, Stem adventitious bud induction rate of 94.96%, adventitious bud multiplication coefficient of 0.43, the other results are not ideal. Conclusion: Achyranthes bidentata can be used for tissue culture and propagation in its leaves and stem segments. Guangdong Achyranthes bidentata plants can be used for large-scale production.
