液压系统中的工作油液,既是传递动力的介质,又具有携带污物及清洗系统的作用。油液带着外界侵入和从系统中清洗下来的污物,流到元件的各敏感部位,造成各种危害。因此,从油液中清除污物是一项十分重要的工作。清除油液中污物的方法有两种。一种是过滤,主要清除固体污物。另一种是净化,主要清除水、空气等非固态污物。由于固体污物在油液中数量较多,危害较大,因此是清除的主要对象。本文着重介绍有关过滤方面的知识。一、过滤器的原理和类型
