采用Madsen ZO 73型电声阻抗仪对50例(98耳)住院鼻腔手术患者进行了鼓室压动态观察。受检耳术前鼓室压图均属A型,术后46%受检者(或33.7%受检耳)一度出现C型鼓室压图,在除去鼻腔填塞物后,均于1周内恢复正常。双鼻填塞者中,55.6%曾出现C型鼓室压图,而单侧填塞者中仅为21.4%,前者的影响明显大于后者。文中对鼻腔填塞后出现鼓室压异常的发生率、程度、发生机理、治疗及转归等进行了讨论。 Fifty patients (98 ears) undergoing nasal surgery were subjected to tympanometry using a Madsen ZO 73 electro-acoustic impedance spectrometer. The tympanogram was type A before the operation. 46% of the patients (or 33.7% of the ears under test) had a tympanogram at one time and returned to normal within one week after removal of nasal packing . In double nasal occlusion, 55.6% had a C-type tympanogram, compared with only 21.4% in unilaterally occluded patients, with the former significantly greater than the latter. In the paper, the incidence, degree, mechanism, treatment and prognosis of tympanic pressure after nasal packing were discussed.
