目的 观察蝎毒多肽 (PSV)和蝎毒 (SV)对家兔血小板聚集的影响。方法 麻醉家兔 ,颈动脉取血制备富含血小板血浆 ,分别加入PSV和SV ,用CHRONO—LOG 5 4 0VS双通道血小板聚集仪测定二磷酸腺苷 (ADP)诱导的血小板聚集作用。结果 PSV对血小板聚集具有明显的抑制作用 ,且呈明显的量效关系 ,当PSV的浓度在 10 .0~ 15 .0mg/ml时 ,血小板聚集受抑制最为显著 ;SV对血小板聚集受其剂量及作用时间影响很大 ,但总的趋势为较低浓度时促进血小板聚集 ,较高浓度时则抑制血小板聚集。结论 PSV对血小板聚集起抑制作用 ,且呈明显的量效关系 ;SV对血小板聚集的影响在高浓度和低浓度时产生的效应相反 ,推测由于SV成分较为复杂 ,各成分之间互相作用机制还需深入研究。
Objective To observe the effects of scorpion venom peptide (PSV) and scorpion venom (SV) on platelet aggregation in rabbits. Methods Platelet rich plasma was prepared by anesthetizing rabbits and carotid arteries and PSV and SV were added respectively. The platelet aggregation induced by adenosine diphosphate (ADP) was measured by CHRONO-LOG 5400VS platelet aggregometer. Results PSV had a significant inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation, and showed a significant dose-effect relationship. When PSV concentration was between 10.0 ~ 15.0mg / ml, platelet aggregation was the most significant inhibition; SV on platelet aggregation by its dose and The duration of action has a significant effect, but the general trend is to promote platelet aggregation at lower concentrations and to inhibit platelet aggregation at higher concentrations. Conclusions PSV can inhibit the platelet aggregation and has a dose-effect relationship. The effect of SV on platelet aggregation is opposite to that at high and low concentrations.
