排气阀锥面堆焊层缺陷的超声检测

为了提高出口汽车的质量,我厂对排气阀进行了改进,即采用真空烧结或等离子堆焊两种工艺,在锥面部位上堆焊一层镍基合金。这种镍基合金层锥面具有良好的耐磨性能和抗燃气腐蚀能力,能提高排气阀的使用寿命。在堆焊过程中,如果工艺条件不稳定,就会在镍基合金层与阀体(21—4N 材料)之间产生未焊透和孔洞等缺陷。因此,在堆焊层被精加工成锥面后,及时检出焊接面的未焊透、孔洞等缺陷,对保证排气阀质量、气缸等发动机重要部件的安全以及改进堆焊工艺和设备均有重要的经济效益。我们采用自己设计的分割型超声波 In order to improve the quality of export cars, the factory improved the exhaust valve, that is, using vacuum sintering or plasma surfacing two processes, surfacing a layer of nickel-based alloy in the cone of the site.
