比较研究了采自菲律宾国际水稻研究所室内长期用水稻抗性品种 Mudgo驯化的褐飞虱生物型 2和从广西田间褐飞虱种群中分离获得的田间生物型 2的致害性、在不同抗性品种上的生长发育和生殖等特性。结果表明室内和田间生物型 2对 Mudgo和 IR2 6的致害能力相同 ,即两者均能成功地致害含 Bph1基因的水稻品种 ,但田间生物型 2对 ASD7和 IR36的致害性明显比室内生物型 2强 ,说明两者在具有抗性 bph2的水稻品种上的致害性有差异。取食不同抗性品种时 ,田间生物型 2的若虫历期均比取食相同品种的室内生物型 2短 ,两个生物型 2在取食 ASD7时的若虫历期最长、存活率最低、雌成虫体重最轻、产卵量和蜜露量最少、种群增长指数和营养指数最低。取食 IR2 6的田间生物型 2的若虫存活指数和种群增长指数均明显高于取食 IR2 6的室内生物型 2的指数 ,同时也显著高于取食 Mudgo的生物型 2。建议在进行褐飞虱致害性监测和水稻品种抗性评价时以选用 IR2 6为宜。
Comparative studies on the brown planthopper biotype 2 domesticated with the long-term resistant rice variety Mudgo indoors at the International Rice Research Institute in the Philippines and the bioavailability of the field biotype 2 isolated from the brown planthopper population in the field in Guangxi were carried out on different resistant varieties Growth and reproduction and other characteristics. The results showed that indoor and field biotype 2 had the same virulence to Mudgo and IR2 6, that is, both of them could successfully induce rice varieties containing Bph1 gene. However, the virulence of field biotype 2 to ASD7 and IR36 was significantly Indoor biotype 2 strong, indicating that the two varieties of resistant bph2 have different virulence on rice. When fed on different resistant varieties, the nymphs of field biotype 2 were shorter than the indoor biotype 2 of the same species, and the longest nymphs and the lowest survival rate of the two biotype 2 on feeding ASD7, The female adults had the lightest body weight, the fecundity and honeydew and the lowest population growth index and nutrition index. The survival index and population growth index of field biotype 2 fed IR2 6 were significantly higher than those of indoor biotype 2 fed IR2 6 and significantly higher than those fed on Mudgo2. It is advisable to select IR2 6 for virulence monitoring of brown planthopper and evaluation of rice variety resistance.
