The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences awarded the 2010 Nobel Prize in Chemistry to three scientists in the United States and Japan, Richard F. Heck, Ei-ichi Negishi and Akira Suzuki They made outstanding contributions in the field of “palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions in organic synthesis.” Their research has greatly contributed to the development of organic synthesis chemistry and is widely used in the synthesis of high performance organic compounds with special photoelectric functions Electronic materials, natural products with complex structure and bioactive compounds as well as some fine chemicals have a significant impact on academia and industry. This paper briefly introduces the basic knowledge of Heck reaction, Negishi reaction and Suzuki-Miyaura reaction, and discusses Its development and application overview.
