针对油气管道用感应加热弯管,研究了3种感应加热工艺,包括局部加热工艺、连续式整体加热工艺和分布式整体加热工艺。研究结果表明,对于X70级别钢管,可采用局部加热工艺进行弯制加工,提高加工效率;对于X80级别钢管,适于采用整体加热工艺,可改善弯管直管段焊缝的韧性,并在一定程度上降低直管段的强度和屈强比,使得弯管整体的强韧性匹配更加合理。分布式整体加热工艺与连续式整体加热工艺效果相似,二次淬火过渡段性能未出现明显变化,此工艺适合于不能进行连续式整体加热工艺的弯管设备。
Three kinds of induction heating process were studied for induction heating pipe for oil and gas pipelines, including partial heating process, continuous integral heating process and distributed whole heating process. The results show that for the X70 grade pipe, the local heating process can be used for bending processing to improve the processing efficiency; for the X80 grade steel pipe, suitable for using the overall heating process can improve the toughness of straight pipe bend elbow, and to some extent Lower the straight pipe strength and yield ratio, making the overall toughness of the elbow match more reasonable. The distributed whole heating process is similar to the continuous whole heating process, and the performance of the secondary quench transition section does not change obviously. This process is suitable for the pipe bending equipment that can not perform the continuous integral heating process.
