目的观察人性化护理模式在新生儿肺炎护理中的综合疗效。方法选取新生儿肺炎68例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组给予新生儿科常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予人性化护理模式,观察2组患儿体温恢复正常所需时间、家属满意度及治疗护理后效果。结果观察组患儿体温恢复正常所需时间短于对照组,患儿家属满意度高于对照组(P均<0.01);观察组总有效率为91.18%,高于对照组的70.58%(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理模式应用于新生儿肺炎不仅可以促进病情恢复,提高疗效,还能提高患儿家属的满意度。
Objective To observe the comprehensive effect of humanized nursing in neonatal pneumonia care. Methods 68 cases of neonatal pneumonia were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 34 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care of neonatology. The observation group was given humanized nursing model based on the control group. The time required for normal body temperature to return to normal, the satisfaction of family members and the effect after treatment and care were observed. Results The time required for body temperature returned to normal in observation group was shorter than that in control group, and the satisfaction of family members in children was higher than that in control group (P <0.01). The total effective rate in observation group was 91.18%, higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of humanized nursing model to neonatal pneumonia can not only promote the recovery of the disease, improve the curative effect, but also improve the satisfaction of the family members.
