目的:研究喙尾琵琶甲醇提物对小鼠的急性毒性和抗炎作用。方法:采用最大给药浓度和给药体积的乙醇提取物灌胃给药,连续观察14天,记录小鼠的毒性反应及死亡情况,14天后称量小鼠体重、脏器质量,并对肝脏、脾脏、肺和肾脏进行病理组织学检查。采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性改变模型、棉球致小鼠肉芽肿模型检测。结果:与空白组比较,给药组各脏器指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),病理检查未见异常,急性毒性实验未见毒性反应。喙尾琵琶甲醇提物可明显抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀、醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透性增加,棉球致小鼠肉芽肿。结论:喙尾琵琶甲乙醇提取物无明显毒性,具有一定的抗炎作用,为进一步提取分离该昆虫抗炎成分提供实验基础。
OBJECTIVE: To study the acute toxicity and anti-inflammatory effects of ethanol extract from Pichia pastoris on mice. Methods: The maximum drug concentration and administration volume of ethanol extract were administered intragastrically for 14 consecutive days. The toxicity and death of mice were recorded. After 14 days, the body weight and quality of mice were weighed and the liver , Spleen, lung and kidney for histopathological examination. Xylene-induced mouse ear swelling model, acetic acid-induced mouse model of peritoneal capillary permeability changes, cotton ball induced mouse granuloma model test. Results: Compared with the blank group, there was no significant difference in the index of each organ in the administration group (P> 0.05). There was no abnormality in the pathological examination and no toxic reaction in the acute toxicity test. Beak tail pomegranate methanol extract can significantly inhibit xylene-induced mouse ear swelling, acetic capillary permeability caused by mice, cotton balls caused by mouse granuloma. CONCLUSION: Ethanol extract of Pachira lutae has no obvious toxicity and anti-inflammatory activity, which provides the experimental basis for further extraction and separation of the anti-inflammatory components of the insect.
