随着水资源的日益紧缺,农业用水实行收费势在必行,陈旧落后的灌溉理念和传统粗放的灌溉模式必将退出历史舞台,取而代之的是先进的按需供水的调控亏缺度型实时变量田间高效节水环保灌溉技术,实现精确灌溉是科学灌溉的必然结果,是我国节水农业发展的必然趋势。不仅是农业节水发展的要求。也是国民经济可持续发展之急需。对国民经济发展和农业节水产业优化升级有重大意义。本文简述了我国水资源匮乏的现状,介绍了本技术的节水、节能、环保等社会经济效益,指出了实施本技术所面临的主要障碍和应采取的对策。
