目的 :为研制国家标准———消毒剂中乙醇含量测定方法 ,建立了用气相色谱法测定消毒剂中乙醇含量的方法。方法 :以氢火焰离子化检测器、GDX— 10 2色谱柱、汽化室温度 190 0 C、检测器温度 190 0 C、柱温 170 0C为测定条件。结果 :检出限 1.0ng ,最低检出浓度 0 .2 0 % ,相对标准偏差 <5 % ,回收率 95 .3— 10 5 .3%。结论 :本法适合消毒剂中乙醇含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of ethanol content in disinfectants by gas chromatography for the development of a national standard --- the method for the determination of ethanol content in disinfectants. Methods: The hydrogen flame ionization detector, GDX-10 2 column, the temperature of the vaporizer was 190 ℃, the temperature of the detector was 190 ℃ and the column temperature was 170 ℃. Results: The detection limit was 1.0ng, the lowest detection limit was 0.2%, the relative standard deviation was less than 5% and the recovery was 95.3- 105.3%. Conclusion: This method is suitable for the determination of ethanol content in disinfectants.
