目的 探讨小儿白血病经济、有效的治疗方法及预防医院感染费用 效益比。方法 10例白血病患儿分别在门急诊和病房各接受 4 0个疗程化疗 ,分析治疗成本构成 ;给予药物及消毒隔离等措施预防感染 ,探讨预防感染的费用 效益。结果 白血病患儿治疗的主要费用是药费 ,住院治疗时药费占 70 6 % ,门急诊治疗时药费占86 4 % ,在门急诊治疗的费用可降低 2 1 1% ,通过调整化疗方案可降低白血病的治疗费用 ;使用药物及消毒隔离措施预防感染后 ,医院感染率明显降低 ,取得大于 1 98的费用 效益比。结论 白血病治疗的主要费用是药费 ,在门急诊治疗可降低治疗费用 ;预防医院感染 ,可取得大于 1 98的费用 效益比
Objective To explore the economical and effective treatment of children with leukemia and to prevent the cost-benefit ratio of nosocomial infection. Methods 10 children with leukemia received 40 courses of chemotherapy in the emergency department and ward, respectively, to analyze the cost of treatment. Drugs and disinfection and isolation were given to prevent infection and to explore the cost-effectiveness of prevention and treatment. Results The main cost of treating children with leukemia was medicine, accounting for 70.6% of hospitalized treatment, 86.4% of medicine for emergency treatment, and 21.1% for treatment of outpatient and emergency department. By adjusting the chemotherapy regimen Can reduce the cost of treatment of leukemia; use of drugs and disinfection isolation measures to prevent infection, the hospital infection rate was significantly reduced, greater than the cost-effectiveness ratio of more than 198. Conclusions The main cost of leukemia treatment is the cost of medication, which can reduce the cost of treatment in outpatient and emergency department. The cost-benefit ratio
