自 1998年 10月《中华人民共和国献血法》正式施行以来 ,本站无偿献血人数呈较快增长 ,同时血液报废率也随之明显增高。为找出原因 ,采取对策 ,减少血液浪费 ,笔者对本站 1998年 10月～ 2 0 0 1年 2月血液的报废情况进行了调查分析 ,现将结果报告如下。1　材料与方法1 1　资料 Since the “People’s Republic of China Blood Donation Act” was formally implemented in October 1998, the number of unpaid blood donors on this site has shown rapid growth, and the rate of blood scrap has also increased significantly.
