癔症,又名歇斯底里,是一种常见的精神障碍,多数在受到精神因素刺激后发病,其临床表现多种多样,常可类似多种疾病,故有人又称其为“疾病模仿家”,临床各科均可遇到,口腔科也有其常见表现形式.笔者对发生于口腔科的癔症患者临床表现及诱发因素作了回顾性总结,归纳如下.
