回顾性分析38例经手术或数字减影血管减影造影术证实的颅内动脉瘤患者CT血管成像(CTA)的影像学资料。结果本组38例经CTA检查,共检出动脉瘤36例,诊断敏感性为94.73%,特异性为100%。检出患者颅底血管均获良好显影,清晰显示动脉瘤形态及其与邻近血管的解剖关系。其中双侧后交通动脉瘤10例,前交通动脉瘤9例,右侧后交通动脉瘤8例,大脑中动脉动脉瘤9例。动脉瘤最大直径3~20(13.51±6.5)mm。所有检出患者显示的动脉瘤部位、大小、形态均与手术或数字减影造影术相符。螺旋CT血管成像诊断颅内动脉瘤具有快捷、无创、安全、准确等优点,值得临床推广运用。
Imaging data of CT angiography (CTA) in 38 patients with intracranial aneurysm confirmed by surgery or digital subtraction angiography were retrospectively analyzed. Results 38 cases of this group by CTA examination, a total of 36 cases of aneurysms detected, the diagnostic sensitivity was 94.73%, specificity was 100%. The skull base blood vessels were found to be well developed, clearly showing the anatomy of the aneurysm and its anatomic relationship with adjacent blood vessels. Including bilateral posterior communicating artery aneurysm in 10 cases, 9 cases of anterior communicating artery aneurysm, right posterior communicating artery aneurysm in 8 cases, 9 cases of middle cerebral artery aneurysm. The maximum diameter of aneurysms is 3 to 20 (13.51 ± 6.5) mm. All detected patients showed aneurysm site, size, morphology and surgery or digital subtraction angiography consistent. Spiral CT angiography diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms has the advantages of fast, noninvasive, safe, accurate, it is worth clinical promotion and application.
