采用高效液相色谱法测定新疆薄皮核桃和开心果中水溶性维生素—泛酸的含量,试验采用Symmetry Shield RP18(4.6 mm×250 mm×5μm)为分离柱,以10 mmol/L磷酸二氢钾(pH 3.0)和乙腈为流动相,用紫外检测器在200nm下进行检测,该方法前处理操作简单,结果准确可靠,该方法线性范围为5.0~40.0 mg/100 g,相关系数为0.999 8,平均加标回收率在93.5%~96.6%之间,方法检出限为0.10 mg/100 g,该方法精密度试验将峰面积和保留时间作为考察对象RSD均小于0.6%。试验结果表明,新疆薄皮核桃和开心果中泛酸的含量都很丰富,均具有比较高的营养价值。
The content of water-soluble vitamin-pantothenic acid in Xinjiang walnut and pistachios was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Symmetry Shield RP18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm × 5 μm) was used as the separation column and 10 mmol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate pH 3.0) and acetonitrile as the mobile phase and detected by UV detector at 200 nm.
