一、建设前现状:长乐西路住宅区位于西安市城东。所在的长乐西路是沟通东西郊工业区的主干道,也是省级过境的干线,车流频繁。原居住区除已建成五幢四层及五层砖混外廊住宅楼外,均为简陋民房,多属土坯房,还夹杂着车马店(占地约1,200平方米)。居住区地势北高南低,标高相差3米左右;东高西低,高差1.1~1.6米,区内还有3米深的洼地。旧居住区采用集中供水,渗井排水,除一条小路为沥青路面外,其余均为土路。
I. Pre-construction status: Changle West Road residential area is located in the east of Xi’an City. The Changle West Road where it is located is the main road linking East and West Suburban Industrial Zones. It is also a provincial-level transit route with frequent traffic. The original residential area, except for the five four-story and five-story brick-concrete residential building, has been built into simple residential buildings, mostly adobe houses, and is also mingled with a chariot store (approximately 1,200 square meters). The residential area is high in the north and low in the south, with a difference of about 3 meters in elevation; the east is high in the west and the elevation is 1.1 to 1.6 meters. There is a depression in the area that is 3 meters deep. In the old residential areas, centralized water supply and infiltration well drainage were used, except that one of the small roads was asphalt pavement, and the rest were all dirt roads.
