新药研发过程中,药物诱导的免疫毒性是导致药物最终被淘汰的重要原因之一,对药物的免疫毒性作出预测至关重要。大鼠是药物免疫毒性研究最常用的实验动物,不同品系的大鼠对药物的免疫毒性敏感性存在着较大差异,文章从不同品系大鼠机体1型辅助T淋巴细胞/2型辅助T淋巴细胞分布格局的极化差异入手,介绍了新药免疫毒性研究中对大鼠品系选择的依据。
