前列腺增生症是老年男性常见病,发病率高,且随年龄增长而递增.除少数病人可经药物治疗好转外,大多数均需手术治疗,前列腺摘除术的主要并发症是术中及术后前列腺窝中出血.为了减少出血量,泌尿外科学者不断提出新的手术改进方法.自1985年7月以来,我们采用耻骨上前列腺摘除术的一些改进方法,为4例病人施行手术,比沿用的传统方法获得较好的疗效.现报告如下: 临床资料本组年龄为64～78岁,平均68岁.病程
