目的:观察赶山鞭水提取物和醇提取物的急性毒性、抗炎作用及镇痛作用。方法:最大浓度(按生药量计)赶山鞭水提物(2.35 g.mL-1)及醇提物(3.12 g.mL-1)以最大给药容积(0.4 mL.10 g-1)给小鼠ig给药,观察其急性毒性反应;分别采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法、醋酸扭体法观察赶山鞭水提取物及醇提取物的抗炎及镇痛作用。结果:赶山鞭水提物及醇提取物对小鼠ig给药的最大耐受量按生药量计分别为94.0,124.8 g.kg-1。赶山鞭水提取物及醇提取物对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀及醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应有明显的抑制作用。结论:赶山鞭水提物及醇提取物对小鼠具有一定的抗炎、镇痛作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the acute toxicity, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of water extract and alcohol extract of Rhizoma. Methods: The maximum concentration (0.4 mL, 10 g-1) of maximal drug concentration (2.35 g.mL-1) and ethanol extract (3.12 g.mL-1) The mice were dosed with ig and their acute toxicity was observed. The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Rhizoma et Radix extract and alcohol extract were observed by xylene-induced auricle swelling and acetic acid writhing respectively. Results: The maximum tolerated dose of water extract and alcohol extract of iguana whip on mice was 94.0 and 124.8 g.kg-1, respectively. Rhizoma water whiplash extract and alcohol extract of mice caused by xylene ear swelling and acetic acid induced writhing in mice significantly inhibited. CONCLUSION: The water extract and alcohol extract of Rhizoma Alpiniaea have a certain anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect on mice.
