本文用动态热重法,对轻油转化制氢镍催化剂上H_2O-H_2混合消碳的动力学进行了研究:揭示了H_2O消碳对镍的氧化现象;得出了H_2O-H_2消碳和H_2O消碳的经验动力学方程;证实了在H_2O-H_2混合消碳中,H_2具有负反应级数.若H_2O/H_2比合适,H_2不但能防止Ni被H_2O氧化,使催化剂免受反复氧化还原的损害,而且能保证Ni在消碳中的催化活性.因而使低温区的消碳速率高于单用H_2O消碳的速率.
In this paper, the dynamic thermogravimetric method was used to study the kinetics of H 2 O-H 2 mixed-carbon removal on a Ni-H 2 catalyst with light oil conversion. The oxidation of H 2 O on nickel was revealed. The H 2 O-H 2 reduction and H 2 O H 2 O 2 H 2 has negative reaction order in H 2 O-H 2 mixed decarbonization.If H 2 O / H 2 ratio is suitable, H 2 can not only prevent Ni from being oxidized by H 2 O, but also keep the catalyst from repeated oxidation and reduction Damage, and can guarantee the catalytic activity of Ni in carbon elimination, thus making the carbon removal rate in the low temperature region higher than that of carbon dioxide only H 2 O.
