铁水预处理技术中反应器的设计至关重要.采用k?ε湍流模型与颗粒随机轨道模型相结合的两相流动模型,数值模拟了涡流反应器内铁水、反应剂的两相流动特征.计算结果表明,选取本研究所用的反应器几何参数和运行参数,反应剂颗粒能有效地加入铁水中,与铁水较好混合,可达到设想的加料、混合、进而进行化学反应的效果.
The design of the reactor in the hot metal pretreatment technology is of crucial importance.The two-phase flow characteristics of the hot metal and the reactant in the vortex reactor are numerically simulated by using the k-ε turbulence model combined with the particle random orbital model. The results show that the reactant particles can be effectively added into the hot metal and mixed with the hot metal to achieve the expected effect of feeding, mixing and then chemical reaction, taking the geometric parameters and operating parameters of the reactor used in this study.
