我们采用哥德曼200型裂隙灯显微镜,放大倍数为25.6倍,对10名正常儿童和30名肥胖儿童(Ⅰ°、Ⅱ°及Ⅲ°各10名)的球结膜进行了观察。发现球结膜微循环7项改变的出现率随肥胖度的加重而明显增加,在并有高血压及血压偏高的16例中15例均有明显球结膜微循环改变。本文认为此微循环障碍可能与导致全身动脉压升高有关。
We used a Godeman 200 slit lamp microscope at a magnification of 25.6 times and observed the conjunctiva of 10 normal children and 30 obese children (10 in each of I °, II ° and III °). It was found that the incidence of bulbar conjunctival microcirculation changed significantly with the severity of obesity. In 15 of the 16 patients with high blood pressure and high blood pressure, the changes of the conjunctival microcirculation were obvious. This paper suggests that this microcirculation disorder may be related to the rise of systemic arterial pressure.
