本文通过比色法研究了防虫磷(97%以上)对百蠹(RRhiyzoperthaDominicaFabricus)成虫及杂拟谷盗(Triboliucon-fusumDuval)幼虫体内乙酰碱酯酶(ACHE)的抑制效应。结果表明:依赖于足够的抑制剂的浓度,ACHE被抑制率与抑制剂浓度成正相关,并且符合一级反应的动力学特征,即:lgp=2It,从而获得了Ki及PI_50~[1],间接地反映出抑制剂的作用程度,可见,利用测定酶的活力,来监测害虫的抗药性,是快速可行的方法,特别是该法对有机磷杀虫剂抑制害虫体内AchE活力程度的测定更有实际意义。
