Objective: To observe the expression of CRP, IL-6 and IFN-γ in cerebrospinal fluid in patients with central nervous system infection (CNSI) and to investigate its clinical significance. Methods: From February 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital for treatment of patients with central nervous system infections were observed, of which 42 cases of viral meningitis, purulent meningitis in 45 cases, tuberculous meningitis 40 Cases, at the same time select 40 cases of healthy control group. The levels of CRP, IL-6 and IFN-γ in cerebrospinal fluid of the four groups were observed. The levels of CRP, IL-6 and IFN-γ in patients with different prognosis were compared. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the levels of CRP, IL-6 and IFN- The correlation between. Results: The levels of CRP, IL-6 and IFN-γ in cerebrospinal fluid of the four groups were significantly different: the levels of CRP and IL-6 were significantly higher in patients with CHB than those in other groups, while the levels of IFN-γ in patients with CHB were significantly higher In other groups, the difference was statistically significant; CRP, IL-6 and IFN-γ in coma group were significantly higher than those in non-coma group, the difference was statistically significant; cerebrospinal fluid CRP The levels were positively correlated with the levels of IL-6 and IFN-γ, and the levels of IL-6 and IFN-γ were also positively correlated. CONCLUSIONS: Patients with CNSI who have higher levels of CRP, IL-6 and IFN-γ in their cerebrospinal fluid and are comatose can be used as indicators for clinical monitoring of the disease.
