在英语教学过程中,学生们在学习过程中所呈现出的心理弱势而引发的学习困惑越发明显。二十世纪七十年代以来学者们将注意力逐步由“教授”转移到“学习”上来,情感因素在英语学习过程中也发挥着越来越重要的作用。在诸多英语学习过程中呈现的负面情感因素中,焦虑逐渐成为学生英语学习过程中最大的情感障碍。本篇论文主要研究英语学习过程中学习焦虑的原因并探讨如何缓解学习者的英语学习焦虑,从而提高英语学习者的学习效率。
In the process of English teaching, students’ learning difficulties caused by psychological weakness in the process of learning become more and more obvious. Since the 1970s, scholars gradually shift their attention from “professor” to “learning”, and emotional factors play an increasingly important role in the study of English. Among the negative emotions presented in many English learning processes, anxiety gradually becomes the biggest affective disorder in the students’ English learning process. This essay mainly studies the causes of learning anxiety in English learning process and explores how to alleviate learners’ anxiety in English learning so as to improve the learning efficiency of English learners.
