在全民向学习要“技巧”“套路”、向教师要“点石成金”之术的今天,语文教师更应多一些文化姿态,重拾、保留、发扬优秀的语文教学品质,敢于反叛、勇于创造、追求深度,在教学设计中沉潜而精进,既往而开来。本文试从教学设计要常新、激发学生思维、注重课堂引导纠正、重视传统教学手段、教师充满人文关怀五个方面进行思考,以期重拾语文教学中遗散的智慧之珠,坚定语文人的教育情怀。
At a time when the whole nation wants to learn “Skills ” “Routines ” and teach teachers what it takes to “turn a stone into a gold”, Chinese teachers should take more cultural gestures and regain, retain and promote excellent teaching of Chinese Quality, dare to rebellion, the courage to create, the pursuit of depth, immersion and refinement in the teaching design, the past and open. This article tries to think from the five aspects of teaching design should be new, to stimulate students’ thinking, pay attention to the guidance of the classroom, pay attention to the traditional teaching methods, teachers full of humane care, with a view to regain the beads of wisdom scattered in Chinese teaching, Education feelings.
