二硫化碳中毒的早期表现大都是非特异性的,只有和二硫化碳的接触呈因果关系时,才可能有诊断上的意义。对接触者中这些表现的增多程度应加以定量,并确定其在中毒前驱期诊断上的价值。这在整个人群中是可以办到的,但个体的变化则往往只能提示有中毒的可能性而已。生化指标:脂质代谢障碍早就被认为与二硫化碳接触有关。有人发现血清胆固醇增高,而有些报告则正常,结果的不一致可能与接触情况不同有关。在接触二硫化碳的工人中,廓清因子(脂蛋白-脂酶)活性减低,β-脂蛋白可能增加;但由于血脂的高度非特异性,还没有哪一篇调查报告能令人信服地说明哪一项血脂指标有诊断价值。
Most of the early manifestations of carbon disulfide poisoning are mostly nonspecific and may have diagnostic implications only if they are causally linked to carbon disulfide. The extent of these increases in contacts should be quantified and their diagnostic value in the precursor toxication should be established. This can be done throughout the population, but individual changes often only suggest the possibility of poisoning. Biochemical Indexes: Lipid metabolism disorders have long been considered associated with carbon disulfide exposure. Some people found that serum cholesterol increased, while others were normal, the results of the inconsistency may be related to different exposure. In workers exposed to carbon disulfide, the clearance factor (lipoprotein-lipase) activity is reduced and the beta-lipoprotein may increase; however, none of the studies have convincingly demonstrated which of the following because of the high level of non-specific blood lipids Blood lipid indicators have diagnostic value.
