一、概况山东省日照县境内的石臼港,是一个大型新建港口工程,它是为适应我国煤炭出口需要而建设的专业港口。该工程于1979年选址,翌年8月国家正式批准,并下达计划任务书,1982年2月,主体工程正式动工兴建。当前,正在全面、紧张地建设中,计划1985年建成投产。 I. Overview Shijiu Port in Rizhao County, Shandong Province is a large-scale newly built port project, which is a professional port constructed to meet the needs of China’s coal exports. The project was located in 1979, the following year in August the country formally approved and issued a plan letter of mission, in February 1982, the main project was officially started construction. Currently, it is under construction in an all-round and intense manner with plans to put into operation in 1985.
