儿科临床工作中,低血糖的快速诊断及处理极重要。传统上将婴儿及儿童时期低血糖的病因及发病机理归结于血糖的激素调节或葡萄糖的重要产生过程,即糖元分解和糖元异生作用。但近10年,更加清楚:氨基酸(AA)及肪脂酸(FA)代谢过程中酶的缺陷可能以低血糖为主要临床表现。AA 及FA 代谢缺陷分类有几种通常的途径。
Pediatric clinical work, the rapid diagnosis and treatment of hypoglycemia is very important. Traditionally, the etiology and pathogenesis of hypoglycemia in infancy and childhood have been attributed to the regulation of glucose hormones or the important production of glucose, namely glycogenolysis and gluconeogenesis. But in the recent 10 years, it is clearer that the enzyme deficiency in the metabolism of amino acids (AA) and fatty acids (FA) may be characterized by hypoglycemia.
