提出了一种在Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ平台下仿真培训系统操作员站功能的实现方法，应用该方法实现操作员站功能简单、精炼．采用这种方法开发的系统在齐鲁石化公司氯碱厂氯乙烯装置的操作培训中得到了应用，并取得了良好的效果
A method to realize the function of the operator training station in the simulation training system under Windows platform is proposed. By using this method, the operator station has simple functions and refinement. The system developed by this method has been applied in the operation training of vinyl chloride plant of chlor-alkali plant in Qilu Petrochemical Company and achieved good results
