【Objective】 Through neonatal hearing screening, to understand the incidence of congenital hearing disorders and related risk factors for pregnancy, neonatal period, early childhood care and early intervention provide the basis. 【Method】 The hearing screening results of 3 016 neonates were analyzed by gender, mode of delivery and risk factors. 【Results】 The results showed that the screening rate of primary screening was 92.87%, the rate of secondary screening was 76.74%, the total passing rate was 98.34%, and the rate of hearing impairment was 0.17%. The difference of hearing screening results with gender and mode of delivery were statistically significant (P > 0.05), and the risk factors were significantly different (P <0.01). 【Conclusion】 The successful screening of neonatal hearing and strengthening the monitoring of high-risk children are of great significance.
