从大豆根围土样中筛选得到对大豆疫霉有较好拮抗作用的生防菌株4株,经平板测定,生防菌株BY-2的防效最好,达79.00%;对其不同发酵时间的代谢液活性进行测定,发现72 h代谢液的抑制效果最佳,达到40.93%。BY-2代谢液能显著抑制大豆疫霉游动孢子萌发,抑制效果为39.89%~57.71%;其挥发性物质能显著抑制疫霉菌丝的生长,抑制效果为81.70%~91.94%。离体和盆栽试验结果表明,BY-2菌液处理对大豆疫病具较好的防治效果,离体叶片防效和盆栽防效分别为63.38%和75.01%。此外,用BY-2活菌液灌根大豆幼苗的鲜重、干重、根长和茎长显著增加,表明生防菌株BY-2能促进大豆植株的生长。
Four strains of biocontrol strains with better antagonistic effect on Phytophthora sojae were screened from the soil samples of soybean rhizome. The antimicrobial activity of BY-2 was the best, reaching 79.00% The results showed that the 72 h metabolites had the best inhibitory effect, reaching 40.93%. BY-2 metabolites could significantly inhibit the spore germination of Phytophthora sojae, and the inhibitory effect was 39.89% -57.71%. The volatile compounds significantly inhibited the growth of Phytophthora capsici and the inhibitory effect was 81.70% -91.94%. The results of in vitro and pot experiments showed that BY-2 bacterial liquid had a good control effect on soybean disease, and the control effect of in vitro leaves and potted plants were 63.38% and 75.01% respectively. In addition, the fresh weight, dry weight, root length and stem length of soybean seedlings were significantly increased by BY-2 viable bacterial solution, indicating that biocontrol strain BY-2 can promote the growth of soybean plants.
