现役旧型装备大多采用模拟电路,不具备状态检测和诊断功能,导致工作过程无法预防系统故障的发生;系统发生故障后,故障原因无法快速定位,完全依靠技术人员的经验进行检测维修。针对上述问题,提出了基于虚拟仪器的数字化检测维修通用技术方案,实践结果证明:本设计方案能有效地检测装备的工作状态,同时通过当前数据和存储的历史数据,分析定位系统故障,提高装备的维修保障水平。
Most of the existing equipment used in the old analog circuits do not have the state detection and diagnosis functions, resulting in the working process can not prevent the occurrence of system failure; system failure, the failure can not quickly locate the cause, relying entirely on the experience of technicians for testing and maintenance.
