20多年的失眠史,医生看了不少,药物用了无数,然而不是药物依赖,就是毫无结果,或者干脆适得其反。直到几年前,我参加了为期一年的《心理卫生与咨询》专业学习,领会了其中的真谛,并成为一名心理卫生工作者,才请走了萦绕我心际20余年的“失眠朋友”,最终是不治而愈。由此,我总结的三句话是:失眠无大碍,失眠是自找,失眠不必治。 先说“失眠无大碍”。人人都可能存在睡眠问题,人们感到痛苦和不安往往不是因睡眠不足本身造成的,而是由于对“缺少睡眠会严重影响人的身体健康”的恐惧、焦虑造成的。其实,尽管睡眠能平衡人体的机能,松驰神经系统,有助于健康,但绝非“科普宣传”所言的那么重要,而且对睡眠时间的需要也因人而异,差别很大。可以明确地说:世界上没有一个人是因睡眠不足而困死的!据报载,
