1.离合器带爪轴承盖安装位置不正确，轴承盖有3个固定螺孔，内端有两个爪，其中一个爪在两个螺孔中间，另一个爪正好对着第3个螺孔。安装时，应将位于两螺孔中间的那一个爪置于上方，另一个爪置于下方。如果安装方向搞错，就改变了分离爪与分离座之间的相对位置，使分离轴承的有效行程变小，造成分离不彻底。
