黄峪口小流域自1981年起,开展了以小流域为单元的路水田林山综合治理,采取生物措施与工程措施相结合,全面规划,从坡上、坡中、坡脚到支沟、主沟层层拦截,形成了完整的减灾防灾防护体系。“91.6.10”暴雨后,具有代表性的10条沟道小流域工程破坏情况,经分析计算,综合治理中,坡面治理显示了较好效益,使沟道工程的破坏率下降94.25%,减灾防灾防护体系削减洪峰69.55%,侵蚀模数下降86.11%,减沙效益达74.46%,综合治理的减灾效益为86.11%。
