建立了一种在表面活性剂OP存在下 ,用 2 - (5-溴 - 2 -吡啶偶氮 ) - 5-二乙氨基酚(5-Br-PADAP)作显色剂分光光度法同时测定铜和铁含量的新方法。用该法测定铜和铁 ,显色络合物最大吸收波长均为 558nm ;pH 3 5时 ,测得Cu - 5-Br -PADAP的ε为 9 1× 10 4L·mol- 1cm- 1,Fe- 5-Br -PADAP的ε为 7 2× 10 4 L·mol- 1·cm- 1;铜线性范围为 0~ 4 0μg/ 10mL,铁线性范围为 0~ 5 0 μg/ 10mL。此法应用于人发样品分析 ,方法简便、快速 ,结果准确、满意。
