由中央民族大学音乐学者毛继增主持制作并撰稿,西藏社科院藏族学者霍尔康·索郎边巴指导,台湾风潮有声出版有限公司提供先进设备录制并出版的《西藏音乐纪实》CD即六张系列激光唱片于是1995年初出版以来,引起了海峡两岸音乐同仁和爱好者的极大轰动,仅以今年9月底的不完全统什;两岸各种新闻和信息传播媒体的评价就近30篇。这些传播媒体有大陆的人民日报（海外版）、中央人民广播电台、音乐周报、音乐学术信息、音乐研究、民族研究信息、中国西藏、光明日报、音乐生活报、中外音乐信息报……和台湾的联合报、中央日报、自由时报、大成报、新生报、工商时报、中国时报、出版情报、音乐月刊、音乐时代、音乐与音响、CD音响购买指南……等等。
