目的 :探讨考试应激对大学生脂质过氧化反应的影响。方法 :采用硫代巴比妥酸比色法 ,测定 6 0名 ,19— 2 2岁 ,健康男生 ,在考试期间及其前后 ,尿液丙二醛 (MDA)含量的变化 ,并进行统计分析。结果 :受试学生考试前后不同状态尿液MDA含量有显著差异 (P <0 0 1,F =6 6 6 12 6 9)。考后即刻尿液MDA含量 (1 3370± 0 2 2 75nmol/L) >考前即刻 (1 32 40± 0 2 82 7nmol/L) >基础状态 (1 2 995± 0 2 834nmol/L) >事后状态 (1 2 5 0 0± 0 370 0nmol/L) ,(P <0 0 1,q =7 0 0 11~ 46 85 35 )。结论 :考试应激对学生尿液的MDA有明显影响。尿液MDA可作为衡量心理应激状态的生化指标
Objective: To investigate the impact of test stress on lipid peroxidation in college students. Methods: Thiobarbituric acid colorimetric method was used to determine the changes of urinary MDA level in 60 healthy male students aged 19 to 22 years before and during the examination. . Results: There was a significant difference in the content of MDA in urine before and after the test (P <0.01, F = 6 6 12 6 9). Immediately after the test, the content of MDA in the urine (1 3370 ± 0 2 2 75 nmol / L)> immediately after the test (1 32 40 ± 0 2 82 7 nmol / L)> basal state (12 995 ± 0 2 834 nmol / L) State (1250 ± 0 370 nmol / L), (P <0 0 1, q = 70011 to 468535). Conclusion: The test stress significantly affects the urine MDA of students. Urine MDA can be used as a measure of psychological stress biochemical indicators
