目的:进行正常大鼠与气虚血瘀证大鼠血清的蛋白质组学初步研究,寻找气虚血瘀证的差异表达蛋白。方法:复合因素制作大鼠气虚血瘀证动物模型,利用二维凝胶电泳,软件分析及质谱鉴定等技术观察气虚血瘀证大鼠血清的蛋白质表达谱改变情况。结果:初步鉴定出气虚血瘀证大鼠血清与正常组相比升高的蛋白质是结合珠蛋白(haptoglobin)、补体C3(complement component C3)、ZN--α2-糖蛋白(ZN-alpha-2-glycoprotein)、免疫球蛋白λ轻链(immunoglobulin lambda light chain),降低的蛋白质是CD5抗原样蛋白(CD5 antigen-like)。结论:初步发现的差异蛋白可能与气虚血瘀证的形成、发生、发展有关。
OBJECTIVE: To carry out a preliminary proteomics study on the serum of rats with deficiency of qi and blood stasis and to search for differentially expressed proteins of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods: The animal model of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome was established by compounding factors. The changes of the protein expression profile in serum of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis rats were observed by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis, software analysis and mass spectrometry identification. Results: The serum proteins of Qi - Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome were identified as haptoglobin, complement component C3, ZN - α2 - glycoprotein (ZN-alpha-2) -glycoprotein, immunoglobulin lambda light chain and the reduced protein is CD5 antigen-like. Conclusion: The differential proteins found initially may be related to the formation, development and development of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
