利用Nd: YAG脉冲固体激光器进行了激光修整青铜和树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮的试验,借助于扫描电镜分析了激光作用后金刚石砂轮表面的微观形貌,探讨了激光修整金刚石砂轮的机理。通过与普通碳化硅砂轮磨削修整法的对比分析和试验,研究了激光修整金刚石砂轮的修整效果。研究结果表明,激光修整的金刚石砂轮表面具有较大的磨粒突出高度和容屑空间和良好的磨削性能。激光修整技术是一种很有前途的新技术。
The Nd: YAG pulsed solid state laser was used to laser trim the bronze and resin bond diamond grinding wheel. The microstructure of the diamond grinding wheel surface was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. The mechanism of laser dressing of the diamond grinding wheel was discussed. Through the comparison and experiment with the grinding and dressing method of ordinary silicon carbide grinding wheel, the dressing effect of laser dressing diamond grinding wheel was studied. The results show that the surface of laser dressing diamond grinding wheel has larger abrasive protruding height, chip space and good grinding performance. Laser trimming technology is a promising new technology.
